Nicky Hilton is knocked over by a Homeless Man

Nicky Hilton, the Hilton Heiress and sister of course to Paris was reportedly knocked over by a 50 year old homeless man outside of a Los Angeles IHOP on Saturday at about 5 a.m. It is not known why the man pushed Nicky Hilton to the ground. After she was pushed down, a waitress inside the IHOP noticed the incident and ran outside to assist followed bya deputy of the L.A. Police Department who was inside on his coffee break. Together the police deputy and Nicky restrained the man and he was placed under arrest. The arrest was made by Nicky herself who announced: “I am placing you under arrest”. The man was later identified as Michael Broadhurst and is set to appear in court on April 21st 2009.
